Edwin Mason is the group's Chairman and has proven success in collaborating with cross- functional and virtual teams to implement best practices and achieve shared goals.

Johnathan O'Brien
Vice Chairman & CEO
Founding Partner
John O'Brien is a skilled leader with extensive experience working in the US, Africa, Asia, and the Caribbean.
Mr. O’Brien helped lead efforts to develop critical logistics and renewable energy in emerging markets including Liberia, Uganda and the British Virgin Islands; totaling over $450MM in investment.

Barry Gosin
In-House Counsel
Barry Gosin received his B.A. from the University of Pennsylvania, magna cum laude, my J.D. from Villanova University School of Law, cum laude, and an LL.M. from New York University School of Law. He has also founded, acquired and grown many businesses—from large private equity backed ventures to self-funded businesses, each of which was sold to a large industry consolidator or a private equity fund.
